One of the best things about the game, besides the games, is that it has chat. There you can chat with people from all over the world, and comment on the games and experiences you have in the game.
For what reasons can you be sanctioned?
- For insulting, harassing or saying obscenities
- For writing the same message over and over again (flood)
- For SPAMming
- For having a nickname that may offend individuals, companies or groups.
- For participating in discussions
But you have to take into account that there are many of us and sometimes we can lose our temper due to the excitement of the moment. That's why it's important to understand that we are here to have fun, that it's a game and despite getting angry at certain moments, we can't bother others or fail to do so at any time.
What will happen if you do any of the above?
You can be muted from the games, depriving you of the freedom to chat with your friends. And, depending on the severity of what happened, you may even be banned from the games for a period of time.
Any account that violates these rules may be suspended without notice - we don't want to be disrespectful!
How can you report a player who has broken the rules?
To send us a chat report of what happened so that we can sanction players who break the rules you must click on "report", which you will find in the "Chat Options".
This way we will receive the last lines of the chat, both private and public, so that we can sanction players who do not comply with the community rules.
